Peacefully Whole Recovery began when a group of recovering addicts recognized the need for accessible Holistic and Wellness services for individuals fighting alcohol, opioid and/or other substance misuse. We believe that in order to lessen the desire to self-harm with substance use, any underlying trauma and PTSD should be addressed. We believe in getting to the root of the problem and addressing the whole person - mind, body and spirit. Instead of simply treating the symptoms of a dysregulated nervous system, we believe in a holistic, detailed and individually tailored approach to address physical, mental and spiritual health in recovery from substance use.

When recovering from Substance Use Disorder and Trauma, Self-care is a critical component. We believe that therapy, proper nutrition, exercise, breath work, mindfulness, purpose, spirituality and a supportive community can have a massive impact on the quality and success of an individual’s recovery. Massage therapy, Acupuncture and Yoga can help those recovering from Substance Use Disorder to reconnect with their bodies and release stored trauma. Our bodies and minds are very much connected. Nearly one in three people with mental health conditions also suffer from chronic physical illnesses, many of which are preventable. 95% of our Serotonin is produced in our gut. When used in conjunction with responsible psychiatry and/or Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), Holistic Wellness can vastly improve the quality of life for individuals in recovery, however they choose to recover. We strive for inclusion and support for each individual as they embark on their journey to wellness and recovery, ensuring individuals feel their absolute best with confidence to stay that way.

Peacefully Whole offers financial assistance for those in recovery seeking trauma therapy when insurance won’t cover the visit or they can’t afford to pay out of pocket. We believe everybody should have the same opportunity to heal regardless of their economic status.
